Barnes & Cohen Personal Injury Attorneys handles cases of Dangerous Prescription Drugs. Side effects from a potentially dangerous pharmaceutical drug can be devastating. Just because a drug is approved by the FDA does not mean it is safe. When you take a drug prescribed by your doctor you trust that the drug is safe. You believe the prescription will help you recover or aid in the treatment of other medical conditions. Unfortunately some of the drugs prescribed to heal the sick and treat medical conditions instead cause dangerous side effects resulting in additional medical problems, severe pain and sometimes even death. The drug manufacturer is ultimately liable for any injuries from their medications. Even if a drug was taken off the market after your injury you may be entitled to compensation.

Barnes & Cohen can help protect your legal rights. If you or a loved one has adverse symptoms, serious injury or wrongful death after taking a prescription drug call Barnes & Cohen for a Free Case Review.
